Applications should be submitted by fax, email or online by 14.09.2011,  9 PM, by filling in the form on  www.mistrzostwa-tenisa.pl, giving the exact date of birth and address, along with a copy of the entry fee receipt. Registration for doubles and mixed plays will be held by the Head Referee during the first day of the tournament  (17.09.2011)  till 17.00. Doubles and mixed games shall begin on 18.09.11.
After this deadline the Organizer is no longer obliged to accept any further competitors.


Surface: Red clay
Number of open air courts: 17
In the event of inclement weather, the Organizer may move the Tournament to indoor venues, also ones with synthetic surface.

Balls: Tretorn Tournament
The matches shall be played with 3 new balls, should one of the balls be lost, the match shall be continued with two balls.

Entry fee: 160 PLN or 40 EUR

For categories +65, +70, +75, +80, +85:
150 PLN or 35 EUR

When making the transfer, please make sure to state that it concerns the 2nd ISTT, along with your name, surname and age category. Each competitor is required to make sure that the money transfer was received on time.

Game system:
Adults - in singles - cup system, until two won sets, in doubles and mixed instead of
the third set, a super tiebreak shall be played - until deuce, with no advantages.
Children - until two won sets, instead of the 3rd set a super tiebreak shall be played - until deuce, with no advantages.
Sets end in a tiebreak by the 6/6 result.
In case of a large number of competitors, the matches can be played in additional venues.

women's singles: open, +35, +40, +45, +50, +55, +60, +65

An age group shall be introduced if 4 or more competitors apply. In any other case the Organizer can combine age groups or organize an "each with everyone" competition.
A competitor is allowed to play in no more than 2 competitions. The organizer may decide whether a competitor may play in the third one only after receiving full information about the number of applications and the weather.     For the categories with minimum 16 players a consolation play will be organized.

The tournament is played according to the ATP and ITF rules.

Draw:
Prize draw will take place on 15.09. 2011 and will involve only those persons whose entry fees were recorded on the Organizer's bank account or whose entry fee receipts were sent to the Organizer's address.

PLEASE NOTE! Should the competitor fail to turn up on court within 15 minutes of his/her allotted time, he/she will be considered a no-show and defaulted.
The Organizer kindly asks for your punctuality when starting the game, applying for the tournament and making payments.

Prizes: Singles' games: medals, prize money, diplomas for the 1st, 2nd and two 3rd places.
Doubles and mixed games: medals, prize money, diplomas for the 1st and 2nd place.
